Lovely Poole, LCSW, is the Founder and CEO of Bigger Picture AZ, LLC, where she combines clinical expertise, leadership, and education to improve behavioral health outcomes for individuals, organizations, and communities. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, consultant, and speaker, she is passionate about building high-quality behavioral health programs that deliver compassionate, evidence-based, and culturally responsive care.

With years of experience serving as a Clinical Director across substance use and co-occurring treatment programs, Lovely has led multidisciplinary teams, developed clinical programming, strengthened quality improvement initiatives, and guided organizations in meeting regulatory and accreditation standards. Her leadership philosophy centers on clinical excellence, accountability, staff development, and creating environments where both clients and professionals can thrive.

Dauntae Poole, MA
Co-Founder
Trained Counselor|Veteran Advocate| Behavioral Health Educator
Dauntae Poole is a Morehouse College graduate, trained counselor, veteran advocate, and co-founder of Bigger Picture AZ, LLC. He holds a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and brings nearly 20 years of experience serving veterans through the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Throughout his career, he has supervised and developed teams responsible for helping veterans navigate the VA benefits system, ensuring they receive compassionate guidance related to compensation and pension benefits, education benefits, vocational rehabilitation and employment services, housing resources, and other essential programs.

Drawing from his counseling education and extensive experience supporting veterans and their families, Dauntae is passionate about helping individuals navigate life transitions, stress, anxiety, relationships, and emotional wellness. His work is especially focused on veterans, men of color, and underserved communities, where he combines culturally responsive practices, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), and faith-informed principles to educate, encourage, and empower others toward personal growth and resilience.

As a supervisor, trainer, and community leader, Dauntae is committed to developing others through mentorship, leadership, and service. He believes that healing begins with understanding, purpose, and access to the right support.
